The mission of the Austin Square and Round Dance Association is to:
East Texas Square and Round Dance association invite you to attend the 'Across the Border dance' in Bossier City, Louisiana on July 31st 2010. This special dance is sponsored by the Southern Swingers & Lucky Squares clubs. 6:30-7pm early rounds; 7-9pm square dance with rounds. Callers are Joey Duhamel & Tim Tyl and the cuer is Fred Ayers. Beth Luker passed away on Sunday morning, April 18, 2010 at her home near Thorndale.
She and Wayne were long time dancers and are past officers of the the ASRDA.
Come have fun and dance to a worthy cause as the Killeen Kickers host thier annual teddy bear dance. Price of admission is a stuffed toy to be donated to the Killeen EMS and Police department. First responders use dancers donations as comfort toys and give them to children experiencing crisis situations. The goal this year is to exceed 100. Cash donations will be used also to purchase toys for the cause. Kickers dance in the Killeen Community Center at 2201 East Veterans Memorial Blvd on the Corner of W.S. Young and Business 190.
Buckles & Bows will not be dancing, Thursday April 15th. We will resume our regular club dancing, on Thursday April 22nd.

Waterloo Squares is offering fun, fellowship and exercise in the form of square dance lessons. Come join us for the Fall 2010 session which will begin on Thursday, September 9th, at 7:15 p.m. The first two lessons are complimentary. The classes are held each Thursday for approximately 20 weeks and will be at the South Austin Senior Activity Center, 3911 Manchaca Rd. (4 blks North of Hwy 71).

Killeen Kickers host a special graduation ceremony for our new dancers. Jerry Lynn is master of ceremonies and Brad Caldwell is the featured guest caller.
