Austin Square and Round Dance Association

Friday night is when everyone will wear their Waco Festival bandana attire. Dan and Kathy Amburn, President(s) of Texas State Federation of Square and Round Dancers, have passed out over 1500 bandanas across this great state of ours and have seen many creative outfits. 

"Dancing Deep in the Heart of Texas---Waco 2009" is around the corner. The 47th Annual Texas State Federation of Square and Round Dancers Festival will be June 11, 12, 13, and 14 at the Waco Convention Center in Waco. On Friday the vendors will open at noon and the Heart of Texas SRDA will host an afternoon dance from 2:00 to 4:00pm. On Friday night the Heart of Texas SRDA will have two halls for dancing. Mainstream, plus, rounds, and line dancing will all be included in the Friday night activities. Also, the Bluebonnet Trailblazers and the Brazos Valley Cloggers will be featured in one of the halls.
